1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") cover all aspects of using the war138 platform, including the website, mobile app, games, financial services, and all other features provided by war138. These Terms take effect from the date you first access or use the war138 platform.

3 Registration and Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to have one (1) war138 account only. Multiple account registrations — whether using the same or different names, the same or different email addresses, or any other method — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and freezing of funds.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as shown on your identity card or passport
• Correct date of birth
• An active and accessible email address
• A valid and active mobile number registered in Malaysia
• Bank account details for withdrawal purposes

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. war138 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. Please contact war138 customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on war138 are processed with 256-bit SSL encryption to keep your funds secure. war138 accepts a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including FPX bank transfer, DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost.

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit is RM20 for all payment methods.
• All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in the member's own name.
• War138 does not accept deposits from third parties, companies, or anonymous sources.
• Successful deposits will be credited to your game account within 1 to 5 minutes.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 for all payment methods.

• War138 processes withdrawals within 5 to 10 minutes after approval.
• The daily withdrawal limit is RM50,000 for standard accounts and higher for VIP members.
• War138 reserves the right to request additional documents for withdrawals exceeding certain amounts for legal compliance purposes.

War138 does not charge any processing fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own charges, which are beyond war138's control.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

War138 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements that must be met before any bonus-related withdrawal is permitted.

• The wagering requirements for each promotion will be clearly stated in its respective promotion terms.

6 Game Rules and Outcomes

All games on the war138 platform are operated using a Random Number Generator (RNG) that is independently audited and certified to ensure fairness and integrity in every game round.

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed once a round is completed.
• In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during gameplay, war138 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the member.
• War138 reserves the right to reject, void, or re-verify any wager suspected of violating the rules.
• Game winnings incorrectly credited to an account due to a technical error will be corrected and returned to war138.
• Members are not permitted to use any third-party software, automated bots, or other technical means to gain an unfair advantage.

War138 maintains complete records of all game transactions, which may be used as conclusive evidence in any dispute. Game logs stored on war138's servers are the official reference and supersede any records held by the member.

7 Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the war138 platform and may result in immediate action, including account closure and legal prosecution:

• Fraud and Cheating: Any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or attempt to deceive the war138 system.
• Money Laundering: Using the war138 platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Collusion: Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage in games, particularly table games and poker.
• Bot Usage: Using automated software, scripts, or bots to play or interact with the platform.
• Promotion Abuse: Registering multiple accounts or using false information solely to take advantage of promotions.
• Hacking: Any attempt to hack, exploit, or interfere with war138's security systems.
• Third-Party Usage: Allowing others to use your account or using another person's account.

War138 works closely with relevant authorities to combat illegal activity. Any case indicating criminal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the member concerned.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

War138 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violating any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaging in activities suspected of fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Upon request by law enforcement agencies or relevant authorities.

Members may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the war138 customer support team. Before the account closure is processed, all pending wagering requirements must be fulfilled and all outstanding transactions must be settled first.

Valid funds in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to the member after all verifications are completed, subject to war138's applicable withdrawal policy.

9 war138's Limitation of Liability

War138 shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from the following situations:

• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond war138's control, including internet outages, power failures, or natural disasters.
• Losses incurred due to the member's own negligence in maintaining account security.
• Game outcomes that do not favour the member in a fair and legitimate game.
• Changes in laws or regulations affecting the availability of war138 services in certain regions.
• Inability to access the platform due to account suspension or closure carried out in accordance with these Terms.

In all circumstances, war138's maximum liability to any member is limited to the account balance held at the time the claim is made. war138 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

10 Amendments to Terms and Conditions

War138 reserves the right to amend, modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to members via registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect, except in situations requiring immediate action to protect security or legal compliance interests.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. The "Updated" date shown at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent changes. Continued use of the war138 platform after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

11 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where war138 is registered and operates. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through war138's internal process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days, both parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration by a mutually appointed arbitrator. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding on both parties.
