Since day one of our operations, one thing has never changed — war138's commitment to providing every member in Malaysia with a safe, fair, and enjoyable online entertainment experience.
War138 is more than just an ordinary online gaming platform. We are a community built on trust, transparency, and a passion for delivering the best experience to every member across Malaysia.
The foundation of war138 was laid when a group of passionate individuals in the digital entertainment industry identified a recurring problem — many Malaysian users were dissatisfied with existing platform experiences. Whether it was slow withdrawal processing, cold customer service, or limited game selection, these shortcomings drove us to build something better.
By understanding the unique needs of local users — from language preferences and payment methods like FPX and DuitNow, to the need for relaxed entertainment free from pressure — war138 was built from the ground up specifically for the Malaysian market. The result is a platform that not only meets technical requirements, but truly feels like home to every one of our members.
Today, war138 proudly serves over 500,000 registered members across Malaysia with more than 1,000 game options from world-class game providers. This journey is far from over — we are constantly looking for ways to improve and expand the experience we offer you.
War138's mission is to become Malaysia's number one online entertainment platform by delivering a safe, fair and enjoyable gaming experience to every member — regardless of their background or level of experience.
We envision a digital entertainment ecosystem where every Malaysian user can enjoy their favorite games with full confidence — knowing their funds are safe, the games are fair, and help is always available when needed.

At war138, every business decision and every platform feature we develop is anchored by one simple question — does this benefit our members? If the answer is yes, we move forward. If not, we reconsider.
These principles may sound simple, but they demand strong discipline to uphold consistently — especially when facing market pressures and intense competition. This is what sets war138 apart from other platforms that focus solely on short-term profits.
We also believe that responsible entertainment is the cornerstone of a healthy industry. That is why war138 provides self-control tools such as deposit limits, session time limits and self-exclusion options for members who need support.
Trust is not something that can be claimed — it must be earned through consistent action. war138 demonstrates our trustworthiness by processing withdrawals promptly, responding to complaints swiftly and maintaining full transparency in all communications with members.
War138 uses an independently audited and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure every game is 100% fair. No manipulation, no undue hidden advantage — every member has an equal chance to win.
War138 is more than a platform — it is a community. We encourage members to play responsibly, share tips and strategies, and support one another through every challenge. The war138 community forum and social channels are a welcoming space for all members to connect.
The digital entertainment industry is evolving rapidly, and war138 remains at the forefront of innovation. From app interface improvements to the introduction of new payment methods, the war138 technology team works continuously to keep our platform relevant and ahead of the curve in the Malaysian market.

That is why war138 not only provides a great gaming platform, but also equips members with the tools and knowledge to play responsibly.
War138 provides a range of self-control tools that members can activate according to their personal needs. All tools are accessible directly from the member account without needing to contact customer support.
We also partner with recognized problem gambling support organizations to ensure members who need professional help can access it easily and without stigma. war138 believes that our members' well-being matters more than any short-term profit.
War138 understands that seamless payments are a key part of the user experience. That is why we support a wide range of popular and convenient payment methods for Malaysians — from FPX bank transfers via all major local banks, DuitNow QR, to popular e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost.
